30-Day Replacement Warranty

Autogram offers a 30-day replacement warranty on all products, starting from the date of installation. To qualify for this warranty, you must provide proof that the item is defective within 30 days of installation.

Eligibility:

1. Proof of Defect: You must provide proof that the product is defective within 30 days of installation.

2. Proper Installation: The product must be installed correctly. Improper installation will void the warranty.

3. Installation Date Notification: You must notify us of the date of installation. If you do not notify us, we will assume that the day the product was delivered is the installation date and the warranty period began on that day.

What is Covered:

Replacement of defective products within 30 days of installation.

What is Not Covered:

Damage caused by improper installation.

Defects or damages not reported within 30 days of installation.

Defects caused by crashes or weather conditions.

Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Damage from using non-Autogram parts or accessories.

Normal wear and tear.

Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

Damage from electrical surges or improper voltage.

Damage caused by improper storage or handling.

Products with altered or removed serial numbers.

Defects caused by using the product outside its intended purpose.

Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or other environmental conditions.

How to Claim:

1. Contact us at info@autogram.ph with proof of the defect.

2. Provide details of the product and installation date.

3. We will evaluate your claim and, if eligible, replace the defective product.

This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser.
